What should I do if my diffuser isn’t working?
-If the diffuser is not misting at all: First make sure it is properly plugged in. If it’s plugged in, and neither the lights nor mist will turn on, make sure there is power coming from your source. .

-If the diffuser is not misting very strongly: There are a few things that can cause this. First, check your water level. If the water is too full, the mist will not come out strongly. We recommend filling the water slightly below the max fill line. Secondly, make sure the unit is sitting on a hard, flat surface. Do not place it on something soft, like a towel, that could absorb the ultrasonic vibrations. Lastly, make sure the unit is not sitting directly under an air vent that may be dispersing the mist.

-If the diffuser is making a loud noise: Depending on the motor or fan strength of your diffuser, some noise is normal during operation. If the unit is making a noise that sounds abnormal, please discontinue use and call us at 855-276-6277 or email us at support@diffuserworld.com.

How to Clean your Aromo-Spa Vaporizer

  • Quick-Clean: If you feel there could be an oil clog, then a "quick-clean" can fix the problem. Pour a little alcohol (Rubbing, Vodka, Ever-Clear) in an empty essential oil bottle and diffuse for a couple of minutes in a well ventilated area. You can also diffuse orange or lemon essential oils as they are natural cleaners.
  • Deep-Clean: To "deep-clean", first remove the atomizer attachment from its base. The oil clogs develop in the atomizer attachment, usually in the straw. Twist off the essential oil bottle. NEVER try to remove the straw piece in the atomizer attachment. Immerse the atomizer attachment in alcohol (Rubbing, Vodka, Ever-Clear). Let the atomizer attachment remain completely immersed in alcohol for some time depending on the thickness of the oil or resin build up, generally ten minutes. This will clean the build up and will not harm the diffuser. Rinse with warm water.
  • Clog Prevention/Maintenance: Run a "quick-clean" between each oil change or refill.
  • Warnings: If oil is leaking from ANY part of the unit, turn it off and start the RMA process so we can repair the diffuser. Do not set on any surface that can be damaged by essential oils. Only use in an upright position. Do not tilt unit with the essential oil bottle or atomizer attached. Remove bottle and atomizer attachment before transporting.

  • It is extremely important that you get prior authorization to return any goods. When authorizing, we will advise you of the best method of shipping, to avoid excessive fees and charges which would be borne by you.
  • All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, accessories and free gifts. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
  • Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, and a 10% handling charge will be applied on all returned merchandise and canceled orders.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs. However, if the return is to correct an error we made in your order or a product defect and you notify us immediately, we will of course also refund all shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned products.

Return Shipping

  • We will advise you of the method to return any items to us pre-paid. Use NO other carriers than instructed. Use of the wrong carrier or wrong address could result in loss. Do NOT return items to our USA Office.
  • Be sure to return your item via an insured method and keep a copy of the tracking number until your refund has been processed.

Damaged Merchandise

In the event that merchandise arrives damaged, you must let us know within one week of delivery. Shipping companies only honor claims for damage during shipping if damage is reported early.
